where 2 begin..hmmn..anyways..well will try my best 2
confuse u .. lol..
the "I" in d forthcomin passages is not u or me but
any confused young indian bloke :)..
2 begin wid i ll start wid d basics "our" problem then
go 2 larger n bigger n more likely d real problems..
1.im a 18 year old n very sincere n honest n this n
that.at this age i wanna change d world.. then like
any other indian i wanna drive bikes n cars.. so wot
nxt.. i shud take my license..so my father advices me
2 join any drivin school like any other indian father
wud hav said so..there are many reasons behind
dat..d most primary being "MY* dad is AFRAID tht i wud
nt get my license wid out d help of d agent"..so as an
18 yr old u cannot oppose ur dad n so i
go wid him..so jus one time i m goin across d line
nothing wrong in it after dis i ll be my usual sincere
n honest indian..in india we depend on lot on family
or rather we are forced 2 follow someones else s
policy..after all my dad thinks 4 my welfare...so y
blame me?..then blame d sys or d culture?..confusing
is it?
2.im an engineer n more importantly kinda ambi II ..i
hav beautiful wife..jus a cpl of yrs back we had our
1st baby..we are 2 most happiest family on d earth..so
my boy s now 3yrs old..so its time i put him in d best
school..d blahblah school is d best in our area n i
always wanted my boy 2 be there..but then i had 2 pay
d donations..i think abt MY* boys future...so i shud
go ahead wid it..nothin wrong in breakin d rule once
is it?..cos i cannot make him sit in a govt school n
spoil his life.. come on i wont end up in hell for
such a small crime oops sorry a small mistake :)..guys
we ll be in such a situation sooner or later..lol
3.same goes 2 our lecturer who chases papers...lol..he
has been good all his life n jus one time man.. mebbe
his wife or mom was ailin d day b4 d exams..so y shud
he waste 6 months n reappear 4 d exam..y shud he blame
him 4 this or d person who toils very hard 4 clearin
his paper n its kinda punidamana job man..??is nt he a
social servant in d eyes of many??.. he saves ppl
from shame n lot of other stuff..so we know someones
chasin papers..then y is he still existent??..mebbe d
clever fellow helped d education ministers son clear
some papers...
4.im a coll student..i got no patience..i drive really
mad..so if i am caught speedin i can very well bribe d
cop n drive faster..shud we blame d cop or me?..iif i
m given a ticket of 300 bucks..wil i drive fast ..
mebbe yes if i hav enuf money in my pocket..but had
there been a law which takes cancels a motorists
license who s caught speedin 4 a significant amt of
time like foreign countries..will i speed again..no
rite>?..so am i guilty??
hey all dis is known 2 evryone..but y state it
again?..
y did d law abidin sincere men commit such
mistakes...was dat cos of d "MY" syndrome..or again
blame it on d system?..very confusin is it?..
how many of us fall in d above category..almost all?..
does dat mean "wen d issue comes in 2 d "our"
category..we kinda tend 2 relax our so called
principles..is dat true??"
mebbe yes or mebbe no!!
now d system n d larger n real problem:
y were d above good men forced 2 commit such
things..cos of d drivin inspector n d school mgmt or
...?..take d inspector..y shud he do such
crime..paavum wid his meagre pay he shud also manage
his pulla kutti n thoppai is it?.then y not increase d
pay n bring in law n order n there ll be peace n no
crime atleast as 4 as license are concerned..such a
simple soln ?? ... come on this is our india man not
some kinda fairy land..how will d inspector get his
hike if d chief minister loots d khazana..?? d world
is corrupt for d only reason "MONEY".. rich men find
their own ways of obtain dat.. n d middle class hav
got no other go but somehow manage wid their lil
bribes here n there..wot happens of d unfortunate
rest??.. so all these probs hav become so intricate..
so we hav been knowingly or unknowingly commitin lots
of such mistakes..but then how do we stop doin dat??..
try answerin a few..
1.u are caught breakin traffic rules..will u play d
original fine of 300 bucks or give d police a lesser
amt wot he asks 4..
2.u are caught copyin..will u honestly get barred from
writin d exams 4 six months or do d examiner some
favor..
d 1st 2 are for d break-d-kutti-rules kind..cpl of d
next r 4 d real honest ones
3.let u hav gf like sadha n she sells her land n
registers land 4 lesser value..will u stop her?..break
up wid her??..kill her : ) ..lol??(googly)
4.u tip a waiter in a restra..but then y do u ?..after
all that is his job is it ??..
5.take claimin 4 insurance 4 some vehicle..do we quote
d actual damages or lil more??
6.u hav a bad day in off..u are drivin back home..u by
mistake hit a poor gal n she dies on d spot..will u go
4 off d court settlement n pay d family 3-4 lacs or
hav urself presented b4 d court for d crime of killin
an innocent gal..
7.n many more..
so back 2 square one..wot s d soln 2 all this??..wud
settin an example be enuf ??.. bein an example will we
be able 2 influence change in .000000000000000000001 %
of our population or even lesser..we need something
more concrete n more revolutionary..think over it..
:)...say a human s avg lifetime is 60 yrs..we are done
wid app 35 % of dat..i suppose other than bein good n
mute spectators we hav not done anything 2 d society..
can we change d "I MYSELF" 2 " WE OURS" ??..
